Super creamy and it really compliments the flavor of the potato chips.

How To Make Potato Chip Clusters
Just melt some white chocolate chips in the microwave. Add in crushed potato chips. I use the ones with ridges (Ruffles), but you can use any plain potato chip. I also add in some chopped pecans. They add another flavor dimension but you can leave them out.
Stir the mixture together well and drop it by spoonfuls onto wax paper. There’s no need to put sprinkles on them, but it does make them look super festive and it’s another fun task for young children to do.
Refrigerate just long enough to firm up the chocolate and they are ready to go!
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 5 days. It’s best to place parchment paper between layers so they don’t stick together. If your house is really warm, you may need to store them in the refrigerator.
