They fry up wonderfully crunchy and can be on the table in under 20 minutes. I’m a huge fan of ranch seasoned anything, including potato salad.

You could use Panko crumbs instead of bread crumbs if you wish.

How To Make Ranch Seasoned Fried Pork Chops
(Complete instructions in recipe card below.)
The pork chops are first coated in flour, then dipped in a mixture of egg, milk, and mayonnaise and then coated in the ranch/breadcrumb mixture. Next fry them in vegetable oil for about 5 minutes per side. So easy and good! One of my favorite ways to cook pork chops.
Type Of Pork Chops To Use
You can use either boneless or bone-in pork chops. I prefer to use bone-in. Not only are they usually less expensive, the bone helps add flavor and can help keep the meat from drying out.
Recipe Tips
- Keep an eye on the temperature. If the pork chops start to brown too quickly, turn the heat down.
- Pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. An instant-read thermometer is helpful.
